Refund Policy

This digital product refund policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on DigitalDLFree.com. Since we sell instant digital downloads, we generally cannot offer refunds once a product has been downloaded.

Refunds may be considered only in special cases such as:

• Duplicate payment or accidental double charge

• File corruption or broken download links (reported within 7 days)

• Technical issues caused by our platform

All refund requests must be made through contact@digitaldlfree.com and must include your order number.

If your request is approved, refunds will be processed via PayPal’s official refund system within 5–7 business days.
